Debug & Testing Command: A dedicated /ecleardebug command allows admins (with eclear.debug permission) to force a clear immediately for testing purposes.

Clear Confirmation & Countdown: Both automatic and manual clears feature server-wide broadcasts with a 15-second countdown to ensure players are alerted before the clear is executed.
