  • fixed roles not being added to ticket channels properly
  • fixed mysql connection not working properly
  • fixed saving data in mysql databases not working properly
  • fixed ticket info command not showing details properly
  • fixed staff info command not working properly with usernames
  • fixed when ticket creators go offline the bot no longer throws errors
  • fixed saving the ticket claimer properly
  • fixed saved tickets not loading properly
