How to get the model:
  • /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invisible:1,ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"leather_horse_armor",Count:1,tag:{CustomModelData:4,display:{color:1567}}}]}
color:1567 is the color you give this itemif the command does not work use /minecraft:summon
