How to get the items ingame?:
While using resourcepack, type:
/give <player name> <item identifier>{CustomModelData:<custom_model_data value>}
Example: /give @r (bow | diamond_sword | diamond shovel | diamond_hoe | diamond_axe | diamond_pickaxe | shield ){CustomModelData: 2000}
