Looking at potentially selling my network, which proved to be extremely successful throughout the Australasian community.

Server ip is "limit.rip" and was named under Limit Network (feel free to search the ip "limit.rip" on youtube and you'll find multiple vids on the server). There is currently alpha-open whitelist version of Limit currently under management with my permission, called AusPots, which will be sold with this. Feel free to check it out via auspots.net to get a feel of how plugins are structured (only the Bungee, Hub and Practice are online as of now).

Some background info: Everything on the server is custom coded (some code has been forked to enhance some plugins), with SRC to each and every plugin. I am the only one with access to all source codes, and all work from other devs has been done through screenshare so everything I am selling is 100% exclusive.

EVERYTHING is ready to go. All servers are setup and can be released with a few lines of code, all ranks, tags, tokens, and other store-bought perks are good to go, store is setup.

SERVERS:

The whole Network has several gamemodes, including:

  • HCF
  • Kitmap
  • Hub/Lobby
  • Bungee
  • KitPvP
  • Practice
  • KohiSG/PotSG
  • Bunkers/Chambers,
  • Capture The Flag


INCOME:

The server has generated roughly $50,000 over the 2.5 years. Roughly meaning I have had two Tebex stores and one Crafting Store. Currently the server is using Crafting Store as there is no tax on sales and the pricing is quite low.

I've set the server up to be non-pay2win however donations are quite common as there are multiple perks for each gamemode including tags, name-colour, in-game boosts, ability to host PotSG and Capture The Flag gamemodes etc.

EXPENSES:

  • Domains are paid for yearly (re-registered October).
  • VPS is up to you, I was using a method to have free VPS hosting for 3-months, so expenses were extremely low overall. More then happy to share this hosting method for the purchaser/purchasees.
  • All Plugins and Spigots are custom-coded, and thousands of dollars have been spent on devs to better each plugin.
  • Store is around $10/USD a month for hosting.


I have personally spent thousands on the server, and have sold configurable plugins (such as the HCF core on Mc-Market), which of course was heavily obfuscated and licensed to prevent leaks, and made upwards of $7,000 from Mc-Market sales. If you are the purchaser of my network, you will have full rights to all plugins, spigots, discord, domains etc, so you could build another stream of income by selling the code or plugins yourself.

PERFORMANCE:

Everything on the Network is performance-based and tested. The Australasian community is hard enough to please, so having a network with low ping, bug-free, high-competition, and featureful was a challenge, but provided a large community and a comfortable stream of income.
