VoteToSpeak is a plugin that gives new players speaking restriction until they vote for your server or play for a certain amount of time. It prevents advertising for foreign servers aswell because of the restrictions. The plugin depends on VotingPlugin or SuperbVote and furthermore, there is an AntiSwear system incorporated, which does not allow usage of banned words/phrases. These of course are chosen by the buyer.

votetospeak.reload : Allows reloading the plugin
votetospeak.filter.bypass : Say bad words in chat
votetospeak.vote.bypass : Speak without votes
