Permissions

• headdrop.ownhead -> For /myhead command
• headdrop.head -> For /head command
• head.search -> For /search command
• head.reload -> For /headdrop reload command
• headdrop.notify -> For Notify about update and events
• headdrop.player -> For let player drop head
• headdrop.killer -> if enable in config, killer need this perm to let mob drop head
