Enhance the experience of MCMMO plugin by adding interactive GUIs.

- Changed sound values from Bukkit enums to Minecraft namespace keys. You will need to migrate your sound settings accordingly. For reference, see: https://www.digminecraft.com/lists/sound_list_pc.php
- Fixed an issue when loading the Leaderboard GUI. The plugin now only applies head textures to cached players (i.e., players who have previously joined the server).

Updated CommandAPI to version 10.0.1
Added RankingUpdateDelay to Settings. The ranking GUI now updates only based on the RankingUpdateDelay duration (5 minutes by default).
- Handle legacy color codes (&f, &a, &c, ...) when creating a party if other plugins interfere
Reformat the entire name and lore style for English language. We encourage everyone to contribute their translations in other languages, such as Chinese, Spanish, and German, for the plugin.
