• Fixed a bug with the "apply attribute" effect that when a player logged out and re-entered the server, it would duplicate the attributes granted by this effect.
• Fixed a bug with the "apply_potion" effect not applying the duration of the effects correctly.
• Fixed a bad formatting of the "has_money" condition that caused it to not load.
• Added a new filter "catch_fish".
• Added "/fhd reload" command. (It was already implemented but it was not loading correctly)
• Optimized the way filters were applied.
