You can execute commands on the types listed above; attack, defense, apply or unapply - Added Hex Color support
You just need to add # instead of the &4 etc. - Updated the dependencies

Types: normal, circle, spiral, ring
normal: just a normal particle
circle: a sphere of particles
spiral: DNA style spiral of particles
ring: a ring of particles - Updated Potion effect to require a TARGET or PLAYER to give the potion to
POTION:[POTION]:[LEVEL]:[TYPE;ATTACK/DEFENSE/APPLY]:[PLAYER/VICTIM]:(TIME):(CHANCE)
- Added {DURABILITY} and {ARMOR-VALUE} placeholders to heroic upgrades etc. via the lore section in the config.yml (Just a reminder that it supports \n for new lines)
These will add constant values that will not change but just give a visual like cosmic - Updated some code for the Potion effect
- Updated some more backend code
I've started a new job at Citi and some other Investment banks so haven't been able to push as many updates but will start pushing more soon.

- Added model-data option to add a CustomModelData to either a weapon or armour piece
Just add model-data: 1 (change the number) under each armour piece or weapon - Added support for unbreakable, item-flags and nbt to weapons, before they only worked on armour. (just add the name then the value like in armour but under weapons)

- Massive recode of the plugin from inside, I've made it more organised so I can update it more easily.
- Fixed issue with FISH effect making it so it gives you 0 fish if you aren't wearing a set with the effect
