You can give players a Permission-based enchantment chance multiplier.
This is an addon to use the permission-based enchantment occurrence multiplier. You can give a player enchant occurrence multiplier permission ("tokenenchant.occurrence.multiplier..").
You need to use whatever permission plugin you use on your server to give "tokenenchant.occurrence.multiplier.." permission node to your players.

To install this addon, just place TEAddon-OccurrenceMultiplierPerm-x.x.x.jar in 'plugin/TokenEnchant/addons' folder and restart the server.

You need to use whatever permission plugin you use on your server to give "tokenenchant.occurrence.multiplier.." permission node to your players.

- /te omulti info : shows the current occurrence multiplier on the item you're holding.
