Info:

This resource is a bundle of 3D Models for game Minecraft that were made in software Blockbench.
The bundle contains project files and also prepared resource pack.

Installation:

To use the hats you need a resource pack. Open the zip file and extract the Resource pack folder from it. The resource pack can be the easily dragged into your resource packs folder.
After having the resource pack loaded, you can easily give yourself the hat, by typing:
/minecraft:give @p minecraft:carved_pumpkin{CustomModelData:ID}
