Installation:
⦁ Stop the server.
⦁ Place the PocketHorses.jar file in your server's plugins folder.
⦁ Start the server and wait for plugins to load.

⦁ PlaceholderAPI (for horse placeholders)
⦁ WorldGuard (for custom flags)
