2. Extract The Zip (WinRAR/7zip)
3. Move The Schematics To /plugins/WorldEdit/schematics
4. Load The Schematic By /schematic load (name).schematic
5. Paste the schematic in by running //paste.

What If I Don't Have A Schematics Folder?
1. Make Sure WorldEdit Is Installed
2. Go To /plugins/WorldEdit
3. Make A New Folder Named "schematics"

where you would want the center to be.
