COMMANDS:
- /banknote give (Player) (Value) [Amount]
- /banknote withdraw (Value) [Amount) -> or /withdraw
- /banknote deposit -> or /deposit
- /banknote reload
PERMISSIONS:
- banknote.admin.give for /banknote give
- banknote.reload for reload the config and the lang folder
- banknote.updater for see if you have an old version of the plugin
