Armor equip now runs with completely different code which should cause the armorset system to be smoother and avoid issues like the item swap bug.

ring: a ring of particles - Updated Potion effect to require a TARGET or PLAYER to give the potion to
POTION:[POTION]:[LEVEL]:[TYPE;ATTACK/DEFENSE/APPLY]:[PLAYER/VICTIM]:(TIME):(CHANCE)
- Added {DURABILITY} and {ARMOR-VALUE} placeholders to heroic upgrades etc. via the lore section in the config.yml (Just a reminder that it supports \n for new lines)
These will add constant values that will not change but just give a visual like cosmic - Updated some code for the Potion effect
- Updated some more backend code
