End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between Kindred98 ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee"), an individual who has purchased the Custom Rank Prefixes Pack ("Product"). By accessing, using, or installing the Product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Grant of License:
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product for the purpose of hosting your own Minecraft server, generating revenue through your own server, and modifying the files for your personal use. This license is granted solely to the Licensee, and no other party is permitted to use the Product under the terms of this license.

Restrictions:
Licensee agrees not to:

Resell, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Product in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
Sell or offer for sale any modified version of the Product.
Re-license, assign, or transfer any rights granted under this Agreement to any other party.
Request a refund for the Product, as all sales are final.
Redistribute or make the Product available to others, whether for free or for consideration.
Ownership:
Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights associated with the Product. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the Product.

Modifications:
Licensee is permitted to modify the Product files for their personal use on their own server. However, Licensee is expressly prohibited from distributing, selling, or offering for sale any modified version of the Product.

Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, upon Licensee's breach of any of the terms herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the Product and destroy any copies in their possession.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom for UK residents and the laws of the United States for US residents. Any legal action arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the respective jurisdiction.

By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the Product.
