Hello, I present to you resourcepack with Loot Crate items. The model is compatible with versions 1.12-1.16.

How to get the model:
  • Open loot crate: /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invisible:1,ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"leather_horse_armor",Count:1,tag:{CustomModelData:1,display:{color:1567}}}]}
  • Close loot crate: /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invisible:1,ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"leather_horse_armor",Count:1,tag:{CustomModelData:2,display:{color:1567}}}]}
  • Loot crate key: /give NICK minecraft:leather_horse_armor{CustomModelData:3,display:{color:1567}}
color:1567 is the color you give this item
if the command does not work use /minecraft:summon and /minecraft:give
