But yeah, about your questions, there is no problem with fps and yes 100 is the maximum you can run per server because there are many features, like apartments, vehicles, modern jobs, so if you run more than 100 players you can crash the setup.
And no there is no tests server at the moment. but I sell more than 5 copies and i don't have any problem.
