Terms and Conditions for UltraCollections
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using UltraCollections (the "Plugin"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin.
1. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Plugin for personal or commercial purposes on your Minecraft server(s). This license is subject to compliance with all terms set forth in this agreement.
2. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

No Resale: You may not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the Plugin for profit or any other commercial purpose.

No Sharing: You may not share, distribute, or make the Plugin available to others except as expressly permitted by this agreement (e.g., installing it on your own server).

No Decompiling or Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

No Modifications: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Plugin.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in and to the Plugin, including but not limited to all software, logos, and trademarks, are owned by PogMC Network. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
4. AS-IS Basis
The Plugin is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The use of the Plugin is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any damages or losses that may result from its use.
5. No Guaranteed Updates
While we may occasionally release updates or improvements to the Plugin, we do not guarantee the availability of future updates or support. Any updates provided are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cease development or support at any time without notice.
6. No Refunds
All purchases or donations related to the Plugin are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase or donation, you agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the circumstances.
7. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies in your possession or control.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin following any changes to the terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
