Vulcan Anti-Cheat configuration

Changes:

• Visual changes
• Velocity A changed, it was falsing on 1.20.4 some times, shouldn't false now

• Some Invalid checks
• Jesus E optimized (was flagging sometimes on 1.9+, now it shouldn't)
• BadPackets H
• BadPackets 6
• Some visuals things
• Now more optimized for lower versions since vulcan can easily false on 1.8.x

Changes:

• Velocity A - Changed ban vl, now it flags after it hits 2 vl, changed buffer, multiple
• Velocity C - Sped up the detections
• Killaura L - Changed ban vl, make it to kick since its experimental check
• Killaura B - Changed buffer, multiple and decay
• Reach A - Now it detects faster 

Skipped 1.0.4 because i broke something in it

Changes:

• Again changed buffer, decay, multiple in Hitbox A/B
• Changed improbable checks ban vl's

Changes:

• Hitbox A/B - changed buffer and multiple, it was sometimes flagging on practice server on 1.8
