Java - Open Java and run it and follow the steps then close Java.

Forge 1.20.2 - Run it and follow the steps, once you have fully installed it, open it, click client, pick a directory of your choice or itll make one for you, if it make you a directory, itll most like be in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
 
Mods Then unzip this file using WinRaR and drag and drop into your .minecraft folder or the directory you chose to make a client in the previous step. You should good to go!
