I'm looking for a plugin :(

I am trying to create and run a small Minecraft server with my friends, and I'm looking for a plugin or mod with specific features. Most existing plugins for claiming land in Minecraft require users to manually designate ownership between points A and B.

However, I am looking for a plugin that allows players to right-click on a specific item (e.g., a document named "Land Deed" or an item designated by the server) to claim ownership based on the location where the player is standing. For example, when using an item called "Land Deed," it would assert ownership within a range defined by x-4 +4, y+8, z-4 +4 from the player's position.
