Suggestions for a new era

Hey I'm starting a new server with a custom mmorpg survival for now and eventually increase the number of gamemodes. But i want all of you to suggest me something new and cool that should be implemented in the server. I will try my best to fullfill all your new thoughts just remember it should be a unique and appropriate idea don't just say stupid things

Also please suggest things for the gamemode listed above. Thank you
