Hi, I'm very sorry to hear about your poor experience with ChatSentry and my support. I understand how frustrating and time consuming it can be to deal with server issues like this and a lack of support from the developer. With the sheer volume of tickets and inquires I receive, it is not uncommon for some tickets to appear to be ignored. In reality, I am just working through a very large queue and doing my best to prioritize what seems most pressing. Unfortunately, many users feel as though they have an extremely pressing issue and ping me repeatedly when in reality it is not that. This adds to the complication because it makes it harder for me to sort everything. Like in your case, even with pinging some pressing tickets may unintentionally fall into low priority. In that case it's important to reach out to me via SpigotMC dms or even consider DMing me directly on Discord or writing in the support channel instead of a ticket. These all raise the likeliness I will be able to respond accordingly to the priority of the request. While I do my best to to keep up with all inquires, there is typically a delay before I can fully address every request. I am only one person and pleasing everyone is simply not feasible at this scale. I am a student and have extremely limited time these days to nurture my plugins and users like I did in the past. In the limited time I do have to provide support, I have to prioritize critical issues reported by multiple users over support for implementing new features. The return of network features are under development and will likely be included in the v6 release of the plugin. I appreciate your patience!
