Deluxe Announce 31.7.21-Beta

Is this worth the $15? I'm asking because there are free equivalents out there such as TitleManager which lists the same features (apart from the player face) so I'd like to know if this is worth the price
 

This plugin is totally dedicated to ads, the player's face is unique in this plugin as it was one of the first to implement this feature plus it includes a command to send unique effects and command to players who buy on your server and also advertise on discord.
The money you pay for this plugin is for its features and hours of work and years of updates, plus you support me in my work to continue maintaining this plugin :)
