Fixed token.yml reset with every start in bungeecord.
Now all files will be in lowercase (There may be errors, delete your folder if there are errors).
Changed yaml local storage file from yaml to SQLite!

Note: Now you must enter the token of your bot in STN-Studios-API -> config.yml because this will make my other plugins to be connected to only one bot and not one bot per plugin, now it will be only one bot.
