- Now if actions does not specify the location, it will use the activating location by default.
- Removed WATCHING_LOCATION and BROKEN_BLOCK locations and added ACTIVATING_LOCATION and PLAYER_EYES location.

The plugin has been completely reworked, this is the first new release, many non-essential features are still missing, i will add them + the wiki soon as possible, for any bugs report them in my discord and i'll be there to provide support.
