you do not own the license to start with (hence you will not receive any support). If you're using someone else's license, such a licence will be disabled.

i do not use polymart for support, if you're reporting an issue and seeking support, you really should use the official support site or discord (if I'm there).

Our support team would always first try to replicate the incident before they provide a possible solution.
They've tried to replicate the incident as you reported and none of them were reproducible, yet you kept reporting something different, and, yes, they continue to check whether it is reproducible and confirm the bug is from the plugin or not.
When the support team is left with no information to reproduce the incident, they cannot go any further. Yet, it sounds like you expect them to guess what you've done and provide a solution.. Sorry, they are not traind to do such a thing.

Keep telling me something not working and when we did the same thing and they are working. When you were demanded to just watch (no speaking) someone sharing the screen in live in stead of watching a recorded video on my own spare time. That’s just ridiculous. On polymart, it is the same as on spigot, when the buyer gets a full refund, their license is removed. We developers cannot just deactivate the license. The fact that you did not disclose the fact of getting the full refund tells me some illmotivation.

The plugin you've purchased on SpigotMC is different from the version published on Polymart.org. Also, the plugin you've purchased on SpigotMC is governed by SpigotMC's ToS, which you've agreed to when you made the purchase. SpigotMC's ToS does not cover the plugin published on Polymart. you don't need to "own" the paypal account. as long as you were the owner of this account and if you typed this account when you claim the transferred licences, that should work.

Does this plugin work with Slimefun autoenchanter and autodisenchanter? I tried another one and currently it keeps the custom enchant on the item and adds it to the book (using the auto disenchanter from slimefun).
I don't know anything about Slimefun, but all enchantments under TE are registered just like any vanilla enchants.
I should ask you why if i create a gui with this lore "%tokenenchant__cost_X%" or anything regarding costs, minecraft return me an error that says "Caused by: java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError: Expecting non-static method 'java.lang.String com.vk2gpz.tokenenchant.TokenEnchant.format(double, boolean)'".
that is because you're using an old papi expansion. The latest TE comes with papi expansion, and you no longer need to use one from eCloud.
Do you know why when I take a kit made by EssentialsX the enchantments lore is in the format enchantment.level.xxx but when I use it or enchant it, it reloads the right lore? I want to have the right lores from the start.

SO I'm using a server Hub which has survival creative ect. I'm working on prison at the moment and im suing per world plugins to disable the plugin in other worlds. I have token enchant off in the survival world which works great up until enchanting. When people enchant in survival half the time no enchantments show up at all. i changed the settings and can make it so they receive the custom enchants. but i want the survival to be vanilla
if you want "vanilla" survival, you would not have TokenEnchant plugin on that, right???
