StorageMechanic 1.0.4.1

I've been having a few issues with this plugin and Itemsadder and since there's no GitHub I'll submit my issue and all relevant details here:

Issue: Using the shulker mechanic is completely broken (and parts of the plugin itself), blocks will not drop anything if they have nothing in them (not including the first time they are placed down), if it drops itself, any items in the inventory of the dropped block will be gone upon placing and opening the block. SM will also not generate any files in the config directory and any files placed in it are deleted, overall it just seems completely broken.
