Added config option to disable all furnace recipes
YOU WILL NEED TO REGENERATE YOUR CONFIG FILE
- added config option to disable all smelting recipes (this prevents people from using hoppers or other means to smelt items that you may not want them to smelt)
- fixed issue with nocraft.bypass permission
