StarCosmetics 1.4.0

The plugin itself is very unique allowing players to obtain cosmetics from a quest based system. However, with no ability to customize anything within the plugin with the main config.yml only being 25 lines (22 of which are comments) means this lets the plugin down a ton. The only 2 things you can change about this plugin are the language and command version. Despite the plugin description describing that this is customizable it was a let down to find out that it in-fact isn't the case.
