Loading fixes for paper/purpur
- The song loading mechanism at plugin startup has been changed. It is now done asynchronously. Once the songs are fully loaded, the boomboxes themselves are activated.

Full rework
Old plugin files and its config will not work!
Changes:
- The plugin has been completely rewritten!
- The song download system has been simplified. Now you can use /boombox upload nad /boombox import commands!
- Added speed up option for songs!
- Added animation settings, disco floor, etc. for each player separately!
- Added developers resource pack! Now you can use .ogg songs, but with limitations!
- Removed dependency on NoteBlockAPI!
- API added! In the future, the Vegas plugin will get boombox support!
- Storing frequently changing information is now possible in sqlite with an asynchronous loop!
