Tartarus 0.3.4

- Server-side update. Modifies some things to be compatible with my server's system.

- The plugin now supervises an alternative datapack for 1.19.4

To fix previous issues, or update to 1.19.4, please clear your datapack's folders.

Updating Compatibility with Gaea, allowing for easier future additions.

- Some errors were encountered with Gaea and had to be fixed server-side, this update just makes it compatible

- Multiverse is incompatible with Tartarus, a bug reported by maihari. This hotfix temporarily disables the plugin if Multiverse is detected, to make sure there are no server errors.

THIS UPDATE WILL WORK WITH PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF TARTARUS

- As Filebin has been rate limited, the source has now been changed to Github. Tartarus will now work for the foreseeable future.
