Bug fixes, added a file where the skills work without needing MythicLib (without the variables dependent on this plugin) and adjusted Enchanted Shard skill to make it more powerful.

Note: these changes have only been tested in MythicMobs versions 5.3.5 and 5.4.1, if you do not have any problem and you are using a previous version I do not recommend upgrading.
