Small Fixes

Fixed:
- Fixed Spin enchant rotating wrong player (again)
- Fixed Deathbringer and Planetary Deathbringer not working as expected. This should make it clearer for players to understand. You must replace BOTH enchant files to see these changes.

Previous Behaviour: If players have both, Planetary Deathbringer would override Deathbringer, reducing the damage multiplier.
New Behaviour: If players have both, they will have a chance for either enchant to run, with Planetary Deathbringer having a higher probability.

To update these enchants, just replace the ymls.

- Chimes are not displaying on items - replace config.yml (or, add "chime" to `type-order` in config.yml)

Fixed:

Chimes

New Artifacts:
- Added rainbow particles (rainbow_artifact)

Small Changes:
- Added hoe and shears as a target for block breaking (chimes & artifacts)
- Removed long lists of target items and replaced with simpler tags (chimes & artifacts)
- Changed Tool enchant color to dark green (was gold) to remove conflict with chimes

Particle ID Changes:
- The ID of spore_blossom is now spore_blossom_artifact.
This WILL break all spore_blossom particles currently in-use. Do not replace if you don't want to fix this

Chimes Added:
- Added 50+ Chimes. These are sound effects that can be applied to items, such as cat meow, menu clicks, piston push/pull & many more. Currently these will only be heard by the player with the chime applied. These are applied as is, you may want to add additional args to suit your needs. These are experimental, please send me your feedback.

Major Improvements
Improvements:
- Rewriten dozens of descriptions to be more clear and concise
- Fixed broken placeholders in some descriptions
- Optimized some effects for better performance and user experience
- Updated enchant colors in lore to be more visually appealing and distinguishable
- Added messages to soul enchantments on collection and activation for better feedback
- Improved Bleed & Deep Bleed requirements checks. Added message if requirements are not met
- Improved Deathbringer & Planetary Deathbringer requirements checks. Added message if requirements are not met

Removals:
- Removed Talisman & Soul Collector due to many issues integrating
- Removed broken particles (redstone & dust)

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with Elytra artifacts not working correctly
- Fixed lang issues

Additions:
- Added more 1.21+ particles. If you are using a version below 1.21, just delete the folder.
- Added a new enchantment: Craftsmanship - Awards XP for crafting
- Added a new enchantment: Stimulating - Boosts all EcoSkills stats
- Added a new enchantment: Upskilled - Boosts all EcoSkills stats
- Added a new encahntment: Magician - Increases magic regen rate
- Added a new enchantment: Superior - Temporary stat boost
*Further 1.21+ enchantments are coming soon*

Other Changes:
- Renamed dimensional_harness to vital_surge - This will affect current items
- Updated README file for clearer installation instructions
 
If you use my pack un-edited I suggest a reinstallation. If you do this correctly your players will not lose any enchantments. I do not have a list of what enchantments had description or optomisation changes.

Changing this will affect any in-game items enchanted with rapid.

Improvements:
- Improved reliability of tripleshot

Fixed:
- Fixed tense (rapid) not working

Additions:
- Collateral - Arrows pass through mobs (bow)
- Burst Fire - Shoot multiple arrows in quick succession (bow)

Added:

Curse of Clumsiness - Chance that the item will drop on use (clumsiness_curse.yml)

Updated dependencies in the enchantments that require Talismans

Overhaul of Artifacts

Completely overhauled artifact enchantments.

- Fixed issues where artifacts would trigger on the wrong actions (mining particles without enchanted tool for example)

- Improved randomness of particles, both quantity and location

Mining Particles now require enchanted Axe,Shovel or Pickaxe to be used
Killing Particles now require enchanted Sword to be used
Gliding Particles now require enchanted Elytra to be used
Other particles fixed similar to above

**More fixes and improvements coming soon, but I wanted to publish this**

Fixed:

Soulgrind (both varients) not working due to incorrect chances.
To fix in your existing config, replace  chance: '%chance%'  with  chance: '%level% * 11'

Added Particle Enchants (Artifacts)

69 New Enchantments to add particle effects to weapons, tools, elytra, & fishing rods.

Particles spawn from mining blocks, dying, killing entities, catching fish and elytra gliding.

You must update config.yml, types.yml, rarities.yml for these to work correctly.

- Inconsistencies in enchants sending cooldown messages. All are now disabled.

- beast_slayer.yml (Weapon) has incorrect filters

- cruelty.yml (Weapon) has incorrect filters

- ninja.yml (Weapon) - Conditions looked funky, fixed.

- bone_crusher.yml (Weapon) - Added skeleton horse

- zombie_slayer.yml (Weapon) - Added zombie horse

- farsight.yml (Weapon) is renamed to Farsight (was Farsighted)

- killaura.yml (Weapon) was adding attack damage and not attacking nearby mobs

Rebalanced:

These are optional, if you don't want to update these, don't copy the files

- glass_cannon.yml (Armor) - Reduced health reduction to 5hts (was 6)

- overload.yml (Armor) - Reduced extra health to 1hts per level (was 2)

- chain_lifesteal.yml (Armor) - Reduced health regenerated to 5% per level (was 10%)

- angelic.yml (Armor) - Increased cooldown to 60 seconds (was 20), Reduced max level to 3 (was 5) & Reduced chance increase to 2% per level (was 5%)

- devour.yml (Weapon) - Added cooldown

- lifesteal.yml (Weapon) - Reduced health gain to 5% attack damage gain per level (was 10%)

- arrow_lifesteal.yml (Weapon) - Reduced health gain to 5% attack damage gain per level (was 10%)

- warp_drive.yml (Weapon) - Increased chance to 10% (was 1%)

- sniper.yml (Weapon) - Reduced damage to 1.5x (was 2x), reduced chance to 'level x 2' (was level x 5)

- first_strike.yml (Weapon) - Reduced damage multiplier to 10% per level (was 20%)

- launch.yml (Weapon) - Temporarily disabled due to glitching through blocks (remove the _ to re-enable)

- huntsman.yml (Weapon) - Added cooldown

- cruelty.yml (Weapon) - No longer applicable to bows due to similarities with huntsman

- beast_slayer.yml (Weapon) - No longer applicable to bows due to similarities with huntsman

- jumpshot.yml (Weapon) - Reduced damage to 15% (was 30%)

- poison.yml (Weapon) - Reduced max poison level to 3

- killaura.yml (Weapon) - No longer compatible with Axes, reduced range to level (was 2 x level), reduced damage to 1/4 attack damage (was 1:1)

- blast_mining.yml (Tool) - Increased max level to 4 (was 3), increased chance to 10% per level (was 5%)
