- Fixed bounties sometimes not showing target names by caching recent player names in the bounty data file
- Support for recent MC versions
- All GUIs are now editable (same syntax as the MMO plugins)
- Improved placeholder support for messages sent to players
- Added a bounty claim tax (tax taken from the bounty reward when claiming a bounty), should be more useful than taxing bounty creation
