I know people made "voice chat" plugins that integrate some web stuff. https://polymart.org/resource/melodymine.4875 this is just a small example or even https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/openaudiomc-proximity-voice-chat-and-music-without-mods.30691/ but these would be better examples to learn from to create an authentic phonecall experience. But you do you, and I hope for the best!

Huge thing, if you could figure out how to use the Voicechat mod or something similar with this, that would be an Instant buy. The wallet part is awesome, but if we have an option for in-game to have both a wallet and a non-wallet version, that'll be cool.

I don't have much experience with mods, but I will inventigare about the case.
WalletPhone has the option to activate or deactivate the wallet with a command leaving only all the functions of the cell phone.
