News:
- Added main plugin implementation of Claims from other plugins (Additionally the Lands extension was updated to 2.5, /ukoth ext update Lands).
- Added verification of claimed locations, so koth will not spawn in pre-claimed locations.
- Added configuration to "disabled_claim_plugin" list.
- Fixed error when the limit was greater than the tier.
