Help Command | 1.18 - 1.20.4 2.9

- Previous version was detected on Windows Defender to be a trojan, now fixed.

- Added aliases, more information here
- Added the ability to disable the next page prompt
- Removed the "numberOfPages" field

- Added previous page button, the next page prompt now looks like this:
"[<< 1] Page 2 [3 >>]"
- Added Page field in config
- Added more checking if PlaceholderAPI is installed to prevent it being a requirement. This is due to an error that caused the plugin to throw an error when running /help if PAPI wasn't installed.
- Removed the pagetext field in config

An example in the config:
- "&bTime: &d%localtime_timezone_GMT,HH:mm:ss%"
This will show the time in the GMT timezone as long as PlaceholderAPI is on the server and as long as you've installed LocalTime using /papi ecloud download LocalTime
