Added Automatic Updater - Not in use until next update, so you just need to type /admin update. It will display what has been changed, and where.
Fixed disbanding gang when mine world does not exist. It now displays a console message rather than cancelling the whole operation, meaning they could not delete the gang before.

How does the new Tier system work?
It’s only for rewards for now. But it grabs the square root of your current rank and then rounds it to the nearest number.
This means it will be harder to achieve rewards. This may become a toggle for a future release.
