AstralSync | MySQL and Redis 1.5

I took my time and recoded some parts of the plugin to work better and I think that this will be the latest version, unless something doesn't work, because I think I achived perfection. :D

Before I continue, please backup your old config, and regenerate it.

I hope it's not, and shouldn't be, hard to re-configure for anyone. If it is, well, then I'm sorry! Anyway.

So, here we go:

• Only Paper servers are now supported. Bukkit or any fork of Paper/Bukkit are not supported.
• The messages now use MiniMessage.
• The update_time in config is now in ticks rather than milliseconds.
• The database code has been somewhat recodded. Now the database:
  • Shouldn't start when the plugin generates the config with the default name.
  • Won't show that many errors if it fails.
  • Will restart itself if it fails, for whatever reason, after some time.
  • NO MORE SPAMMING IN THE CONSOLE (sorry guys!)
• Vault isn't an optional dependency anymore, now LuckPerms is!
• LiteComamnds is now used for command handling.
• And probably many more things that I forgot.
