If you have issues with velocity check falsing, disable it, its being recoded 

fixed scaffold delay falses on 1.9+

made 2 files - matrix config for 1.8 and matrix config for 1.9+ versions

changed interact check - now adding vl and banning

made killaura more lenient on 1.8 due to falses

disabled setbacks in certain checks to avoid setbacks in falses situations

1.8 config is made for pvp, bedwars, skywars servers..

disabled setbacks for scaffold on 1.9+ (RE will prbl fix scaffold issue on 1.9+ soon)

- speeded up a lot killaura/aim checks,

- speeded up scaffold checks,

- changed npc settings
