Version 1.6 - Fixed Mojang API issue
Recommended update for all server owners!
Some player UUID lookups started failing on 2024-01-15 due to broader issues with the Mojang API endpoint impacting things like whitelists, etc. Switched over to a newer, more stable API endpoint.

Fixed an issue with config file overwrites!
- If upgrading from earlier versions, copy your local config settings elsewhere and delete the DelphiVote folder in your /plugins directory.
- Let the new files auto-generate and add your local config settings back in.
