Add TOTAL mode
This Group Mode allows the plugin to sum up the values of all members into a total value for the group.
To be honest, this has been in my mind for a long time. Back then the logic assumes the value of all members in a group to be the same so it's limited to the specific placeholders provided by group plugins. And now, I can finally support any sort of player placeholders in a group with this mode.
You can now do many types of group leaderboards that are otherwise impossible like "Total money of a group", "Amount of diamond ores all members have mined", "Total time all members have played", etc.
