Added Placeholders
- 2 new Placeholders been added
->%hardcoretempban_stage%shows the player's current punishment stage (as a number)
->%hardcoretempban_time%shows the remaining time until the next stage downgrade (mm:ss)
- On existing lang.yml you need to add it by urself.
