Matrix Config - Fast Detection - More Accurate!

This config uses Matrix's built in protocols and checks and allows for faster detection and action times through Matrix's available customization options
Swift Hack detection!
Reduces False Positives!
Checks for Ping and TPS before running the Punishment Command! (Hackers can't PingSpoof to bypass!)

Requirements:
Most Importantly a Server that does not experience LAG (Low TPS)
- Latest Matrix (if Matrix template changes it will take some time to adapt to the latest -- Updates will be posted on my Discord Server!) Matrix
