I bought it to use in 1.17.1, it says it was made for a older version of minecraft, will it cause any issue? is there a way to use in 1.17?

Just manually enable it :) When you go to select it you can choose "Enable Anyway" and it will work. The pack format is correct, the MCMETA is just not "current" so it says that.

Perfect so when i get the pop up that says: are you sure you want to load this pack?
This pack was made for an older version or Minecraft and may no longer work correctly.
I just presds yes and everything will work fine? I wasnt seeing the
Aurora borealis
in the sky, was it just a preview of another pack or something dont work? :)

Yea you select that, make sure you have Optifine installed.
