/ecobosses base64 says invalid subcommand

Also Bosses' Health do not change to the correct health from config:

The Boss actually spawns in with 2048 health instead of 4000 but I hit it once.

Also another thing. The bosses will not auto despawn if nobody is on the server.
I got on today to see this...
