Completely overhauled artifact enchantments.
- Fixed issues where artifacts would trigger on the wrong actions (mining particles without enchanted tool for example)

Killing Particles now require enchanted Sword to be used
Gliding Particles now require enchanted Elytra to be used

69 New Enchantments to add particle effects to weapons, tools, elytra, & fishing rods.
Particles spawn from mining blocks, dying, killing entities, catching fish and elytra gliding.
You must update config.yml, types.yml, rarities.yml for these to work correctly.
